Try playing Chess, computer against itself, at least five times in a row. That stresses the CPU. If the computer wedges (freezes), call OWC for an exchange of the processor upgrade. How do I know this? Happened to me. The replacement CPU upgrade has run fine for more than six months already. In my case, before the freezes, the text started going crazy with colored font substitutions, and I kept thinking that my fonts were corrupt. OWC recommended Chess (it's in your Applicaitons folder) to stress-check the processor.
