OWC sales a complete new retail box version of OS X
(10.4) Tiger on DVD for $119.00

They also sell a Apple Mac OS X (10.4) Tiger Upgrade
Installation Set with a MAC OS X (10.3) Installation
Set both on DVD for $89.00.

They say the latter is for those of us who already
have Panther (10.3 or 10.2)

I was wondering if one is better off in buying the
latter and just doing a upgrade? Any experience with
this approach?
