[G4] installing 10.3 on my g4 digital audio

i'm the guy that had a os9 question before
   
  i have a legit copy of 10.3
   
  i am trying to install it
  i have the grey screen with the grey apple
  but it does not go past this screen 
  i will let it run as long as i can, but i need to know how long is normal
   
  i have a g4 DA with an 80 gb hd
  512 mb of memory
  cinema disply screen
   
  the firmware is up to date
