[G4] Moving iPhoto/iTunes Libraries

I am intending to move both my iPhoto and iTunes library's to external
drives to free up space and speed up use of a bogged down e-Mac but not
certain of exactly how and where to make changes so that iTunes and iPhoto
will find the new locations for the library's once the old files are
deleted.

Directions appreciated.
