[G4] G4 processor upgrade...???!!??

Hey folks,

I am planning to upgrade my Power Mac G4 Sawtooth
450MHZ, but I have some doubts. I hope someone could
help me on that.

I will be using this computer with Final Cut Express
and Photoshop CS2.

So my question is: Which one of these processor
upgrade will be better for me?

a> DUAL G4-7455/1.0GHz with 256K L2 On-Chip & 2MB L3
Cache Per Processor

b> G4 1.8GHz (1800MHZ) Processor Upgrade (NOT DUAL)
