[G4] Disk Utility & Warcraft III

Two problems

1# Can't run disk utility from the start up disk. Will
run a little and will state it lost communication with
my HD. (running repair permissions) I can run disk
utility from the desk top (running repair permissions)
I have run DiskWarror and no problems found.

#2 I have played Warcraft III on my computer. (listed
below in signature) HD went bad, replaced HD, and now
the install will work, but the Warcraft III alias will
come up as a blank piece of paper? Clicked on alias,
CRASH!!! no Warcraft. Clicked on icon in WarCraft
folder, CRASH!! Trashed everything, started over. Same
thing. Running StarCraft no problem.
