It's even pretty easy to turn a regular ethernet cable (CAT 5, CAT 5e, CAT
6 should all be okay for this) into a crossover cable.  If I remember
correctly, the only tool you'd need would be something long and skinny,
like a jeweler's screwdriver, or maybe even just a straightened paper
