You have to do it yourself, otherwise we would have booted you off a
long time ago! :-)

You must do it yourself by going to the site listed at the bottom of this email.

If it was a easy as simply getting one of us to remove your email
address from the list it could be a problem if, say, you had an
argument with someone and they weren't nice about it. You catch my
drift?
