I remember setting up a Ram Disk - I had a bran spankin new Apple //GS it came with 256 K & I got the extra 256 K (only $200.00 extra) so I had a woppin 512 K memory, four disk drives, set up the RAM Disk drop your program into it and watch that puppy fly. Didn't have a hard drive for quite a while , finally got a Vulcan 20 meg hard drive. I didn't know what I'd ever do with so much space. >From: Hal <kastegir at mac.com> >Reply-To: "A place to discuss Apple's G4 computers." ><g4 at listserver.themacintoshguy.com> >To: "A place to discuss Apple's G4 computers." ><g4 at listserver.themacintoshguy.com> >Subject: Re: [G4] 450 OSX question >Date: Sun, 22 Apr 2007 17:02:22 -0600 > >There was actually a release of 6.0.8 that ran on the Powerbook 100.
