[G4] Upgrade to USB 2.0

Hello everyone,
Please forgive the length of this.  I hope you all can see this.  It  
just occurred to me that it will take me forever to respond  
individually to all the altruistic responses from so many G4 users.   
I am overwhelmed.  My initial message earlier today about my USB  
upgrade problem was my first ever venture into a forum of any kind.   
I said I was old, because I am paranoid about engaging in any online  
discussion.   Several years ago my teenage son was guiding me in my  
first and only attempt to enter a chat room with some other bluegrass  
pickers when he told me it was customary to "ask age and sex," so  
that I "would know more about the others in the chat room."  By the  
time the cold responses caused the oranges in my head to line up, my  
son was out of arm's reach and rolling on the floor in laughter with  
his friend.   By "old," I meant that the etiquette" for online forums  
is unfamiliar to me.  My cup runneth over from all the kind advice  
that i received so quickly from so many of you.  I'm so impressed  
with all that you know and I only wish I had some kind of G4  
expertise to assist one of you.  If I do have something helpful to  
offer, in the future, I promise to keep it brief.  Thanks again
