Thanks for all of the replies, but so far everybody is suggesting doing it outside of iPhoto. I am pretty sure there is a command in iPhoto -- that would be my first choice. Hopefully someone knows what it is! But thanks to everybody who has made a suggestion. I do have Photoshop and might have to use it.
