Well, my problems are fixed! First of all, when I upgraded my system to 9.2.1 from 9.1, my DVD drive tray stayed open when I hit the eject key. I then updated it to 9.2.2. (I really think I must have had some kind of extension conflict is all). Then I opened my computer and installed the Sonnet card, and my new 250gig drive. I partitioned it and installed both 9.2.2 and 10.2, (which I had a disk for that I purchased way back but was too chicken to install.) All went smoothly, I downloaded and updated to 10.2.8, and that's where I am now. X is different, I'm still getting used to it, but I feel like a real dweeb for not having made the jump long ago. Now, when I get the $$ and move up again, should I go to 10.3, or 10.4? Remember that I have a dual G4, gig ethernet computer. I had heard that 10.4 can be kind of slow on older computers? And I also have a browser question. 10.2 came with IE 5.0.2, and Safari 1.0.3. I'm using Safari, and it seems pretty good. Are there any other browsers people like? I was so limited in my choices before moving to 10 that I don't know what's out there. margaret
