Greetings ( + )!( + ) 1. Use the install CD which has the disk utility application as a separate part which the install instruction recommend to use prior to installation. 2. After the Disk Utility application (on the CD) is done then reboot from your hard disk and run the Disk Utility again, however this time the only item that you need to run is Repair Permissions. Or I would recommend that you obtain a copy of "Applejack" and use this application to clean up problems on your HD.
