[G4] G4 won't read OS X upgrade CDs

I feel that this comment has been overlooked. To boot from the optical
drive: Pop in the OS Install Disc and Restart while holding down the C key.
If that doesn't work, try swapping out the CD/DVD drives from your 450 to
your 533 and re-trying.
