I too have a QS2002/800. Most probably when you try to the install you will get a message that says that your computer is unsuitable for this install of tiger (or words to that effect). You might want to try to get around this by installing the OS onto an external drive (using the MBP) and then installing the external drive into the QS. Will it work? Perhaps, it depends on just how specific the installs really are. Almost certainly your QS2002 has no need for trackpad software... I have install discs for a G4 ibook and I will experiment with this idea once I get a spare HD to play with.
