try this:

to check if your MB supports dual cpu's.

If it does, and you can get one, an Apple dual 450MHz
or 500MHz G4 is an easy upgrade and worth much more
with OSX than it was under OS9.

I would not speed big money on a 3rd party upgrade,
just buy a better Mac :-)
