I'm running the single 1.8ghz processor from Sonnet in my DP500. It runs Leopard decently, although processor-intensive tasks do slow it down. Maxing out your memory (2gb) helps with that little problem. A better video card also helps. With Tiger, it's a speed demon, and I find myself in Tiger more often than not lately.
