Robert, There is still a lot of life in your machine. I use a slightly earlier model (400mhz) and it still serves me well. Bruce's suggestions are very good. Check out the One World Computing site. They offer a lot of information, but you have to look around the site to find it. It wouldn't cost too much to make it reasonably fast to do video editing. Ultimately it would be cheaper than dropping the bucks to buy a Mac Pro tower. Examine the site of the video software that you want to use and then examine what you have now. The cheapest upgrade would be getting more RAM. Max your machine out. That should be roughly 2gigs of RAM if memory serves me. I believe that your machine is limited to that. But I might be wrong about that. So go to http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ This site also offers a wealth of information on various upgrades. Bill
