Do they not show up in your OS X's trash? Do you have OS X on there? All I can tell is that there are OS X hidden directories, and it seems you're using OS 9 to do all the file moving, right? I say make them visible and do as you like with the data, and as long as your filesystem isn't reported bad by Disk Utility or Drive Setup, everything should be golden. No idea why your files are mysteriously going into those hidden folders, though. Eric W.
