[G4] Attach mail message to outgoing mail

The answer depends on which email program you use.  It looks like
you're using Apple Mail v2.624.  I use Gmail at home and Outlook at
work, so that's not going to help you.  I'll poke around Apple Mail
when I get a chance, but someone else will probably come up with an
answer before then.
