[G4] Bookmarks, Address Book and Yahoo?

Morning all

I recently gave my dad a iMac and now that he's fallen in love with  
it... questions are flying left and right!

We're both hooked up with AT&T and they use Yahoo, i.e sbcglobal.net

Q How do I go about exporting his bookmarks and his addresses from  
sbc yahoo to iMac's mail and address book?
