Boot the machine with the 9.2.1 retail disk, run Disk Setup, and partition the HD into at least two parts-one for OS 9 and one for OS X. Install OS 9, update it to 9.2.2. Then, install Tiger, run Software Update, and bring it up to 10.4.11.
