Yes, of course I meant megahertz on both machines.

Everyone else, thanks for the answers. Sounds like it isn't too different, and may be a bit faster with the system bus and extra cache. Not bad for $40. 

All of the RAM is 133 MHz. I wasn't aware that the bus was 167 MHz. I thought that the RAM had to be as fast as the bus, or it wouldn't work. I will have to try swapping some of it around. It tells me it's the last slot that's not being recognized.

I use the Mac mainly for video editing with Final Cut Pro, which I think is supposed to take advantage of the dual processors, I'm not sure.

Is it worth buying upgrade processors for this machine?

Anyone know where I can get an inexpensive power supply for the old one? I read that it might be possible to use an ATX power supply with a conversion plug, but I can't seem to get in touch with the person who makes them.

Why does Apple make it so hard to specifically identify their computers? Not even the model number on the case is correct.
