Arent there more important things to be upset over than if someone uses proper punctuation and sentence structure in a quick email asking for technical help? If he were at work and writing to someone else in an official capacity I would say its not a good idea, but for the net like this, WHO CARES? And those that do, why bother? Does it REALLY matter? He wasn't posting in all caps or being otherwise highly obnoxious.
