[G4] Weird thing

Had a system hiccup and could not boot.
Fixed with disc Warrior, now all of my ICONS are stuck and I cant move  
anything. The programs open but you cannot move a thing.
Files backed up but I really don't want to re-install OS.
ANY CLUES?
