[G4] Attempt at Archive/Reinstall of OS leads to booting in the Console screen

In an attempt to fix some slow running problems, I did the Archive/Reinstall
OS process. Now my G4 Powerbook will only come up in the Console screen.
I've done the Archive/Reinstall process twice or more and it still does
this. How can I fix?
