The G4's that will only take 1.5Gb of memory are:
1. Digital Audio
2. QuickSilver (all models)
3. Cube

All other will take four (4) 512Mb modules for a total of 2Gb
1. PCI Graphics
2 AGP Graphics
3 Mirrored Drive Doors
4. FW 800

If you get the application called "Mactracker" you will find all you  
ever wanted to know.
