Please let me know the secret how to do it successfully. I have been trying to unsubscribe for 2 weeks, e-mailing everybody and following the prompts but i only get as far as the promise of a confirmatory e- mail which never arrives. I had to laugh when I saw your comment about it being " simpler to unsubscribe".
