[G4] Help for my G4

My G4 has given me about two years of faithful service until recently.
Beginning about a week ago, it began crashing, giving me a black screen
message stating I needed to hold the restart button, turning it off. Then
restart.

Before last week, this had never happened.
In the past week, it has occurred wayyy too frequently, almost three or four
times a day.

Is my power supply going?
Could there be another reason?
