[G4] quicksilver g4 1ghz superdrive wont boot

I tried everyone's suggestions... except for reseating the processor... I'll
try that this weekend when I have more time to work on it.  I'm thinking its
the logic board though.  If I try to find a new logic board on ebay, how do
I know which one to get?
