[G4] Creating PDF in PageMaker

I haven't tried everything you suggested but 1 will, thanks.  One  
thing, the email address you gave me PAGEMAKR-subscribe- 
request at LISTSERV.IUPUI.EDU   was returned, said address could not be  
found.  Can you try it and see if you can connect? Thanks
