I do see this Clean My Mac helper app working, and Spoltight (running MDS process) crashing. So it appears a problem with indexing, not that I should think a system crash would result from that, but it does imply a problem Have you started your Mac by pressing the Shift key after the initial chime and holding it until you see the spinning gears during your Mac startup? This launches OS X in safe mode bypassing the loading of external kernel extensions, prevents startup items from launching, and some other healthy disk checks perhaps not relevant to your problem.
