List, I happened to have stumbled upon this while surfing for an answer to a Debian PPC problem. It would seem someone named Alex Goojvin has hacked flash to report it's version as 11.1. If you install this patch then when visiting websites which use flash, you won't get that annoying message to upgrade (which we can't do as Adobe dropped development for PPC). The reported results are that flash works.
