[G4] Possible To Get A Xcode For G4??

I am on a long long long term quest to try run some software on an  
ancient Mirror Drive Door G4 (I am cheap and want to run this relic a  
bit longer).

I would like to complile some software from MacPorts but need a G4  
version of Xcode.

I can't find it on the Mac Developer site, maybe I am just not good at  
looking?

Any other source? I wonder if Apple would be mad at people who share  
that old software?
