Have you already opened the case?<BR>
Is there RAM in the Mac? How many sticks?<BR>
What kind of videocard is in the Mac??<BR>
Look on the Mac (backside, bottom) if you find a print/sticker with a barcode and a Serial Number (must have 11 caract.). Write down this Serial Number and mail it to the list.<BR>
