I just installed a Radeon 9800 in my 1.25GHz MDD. Before you get one (they're available at OWC and AMD/ATI after a long dry spell), be aware that it does not really work with OS 9. AMD/ATI states that the card requires OS X. While the primary graphics functions seem to work in Classic, there is no video acceleration, so clips are jerky. There's a report on the web that you can boot into OS 9 with a 9800, but it always hangs on me. For the few legacy applications that I need, the 9800's performance in Classic is acceptable. It works great in OS X.<BR>
