[G5] slow internet connection speed

Still a issue, and with Xmas is over and most people now just getting 
there new high speed connections and computers figured out, I would say 
worth of testing at different times. Also squeaky wheel gets oiled, so 
keep the calls going to cable people so they will free up some space.

Also watch around July 4th, that's when windows users get their new 
computers figured out and you will see a drop in speed.
