Printing problem narrowed ...

This was previously posted ... some headway has been made

Have an 8500 running OS 7.6.1 ... Laser 8.6 drivers have been reloaded 
and Open Transport 1.1.2 has been loaded.  The problem is that I can't 
get the 8500 to successfully print to a laserwriter select 360.  
Cables/ converter box, etc. are all okay ... the problem has to be 
within the OS 7.6.1 system on the 8500.

Now I'm getting the following error messages ... it won't crash upon 
printing, but it won't print either.

Error message #1

Desktop printer unknown error "-39" at '26'

Error message #2

There is not enough memory to print now.  Desktop printmonitor will 
attempt to print again when more memory is available.

I have bumped up the memory in the Desktop printmonitor application, 
but that hasn't done the trick.

Any suggestions/insight would be greatly appreciated!
