B&W G3 Hardware diagnostics disk.

Where can I get this.  I have a blue and white G3 that I bought off of 
Ebay and I think one of the Memory slots is defective.  I have been 
through 2 Dimms so far and I have only head it since December?

Can someone send me a copy is that legal?

If you can send me a copy write me first and then I will accept from 
one person.

I hope someone can direct me to this software.
