Read/Write priv for Sony Media Stick

I successfully have a Sony Media stick mounted on my OS X Desktop, with 
me listed as the owner under Get Info, Ownership Permissions.

Yet, I don't have access (read & write) in order to change the icon 
from a plain white media rectangle to a Sony Media icon that I have in 
wait.

Can anyone tell me how I can get Access to Read & Write for this media 
stick?
