On the other hand, since you've been using a Zip disk anyway, you can use it to share your pictures with your kids (if their Wintel machines have Zip drives). Get a Zip formatted for PCs or take a blank Zip and format it for MS-DOS (Disk Utility -> Erase -> Volume Format: MS-DOS File System -> Erase). After formatting it will be mounted like any other disk, and you can copy the JPEGs to it. It will be readable on PCs -- though it may not be as elegant a solution as a hybrid CD burned with Toast. f
