[ISO] Good Text Editor

[ISO] In Search Of:

Aside from BBEdit, can anyone recommend a good SHAREWARE
or freeware TEXT EDITOR for the Mac OS X.
The Text program that came with OS X isn't really getting it.

I'd like to find one that colorizes HTML code like BBEdit
does, and at least has drag-n-drop, switch-case, a good
search/replace, and some of the other basic text editing features.
