She'd moved a small clip-on fan to the bookshelf above, but hadn't mentioned it to me, since it was plugged into another outlet. She was all set to take it to the repair place, but called them first, and they advised her to move it 4 ft. away. I thought you meant it might be the airflow from the fan, but they told her the motor was the problem. Whatever, I'm relieved. And grateful for the speedy help from this list, too. Mary
