[HM] Upgrading to Panther

I'm running 10.3.6  with no problems, except for a slow safari.  I 
switched to Firefox and am now quite happy.  Safari may have been fixed 
in 10.3.7...but I'm stillhesitant to upgrade...there were a few issues 
initially.
