exporting&importing OE folders

Hi, does anyone know how to export/save and import/open entire folders of
Outlook Express (5.03) emails? I know one can do this with individual email
messages, but entire folders full of messages? I could do this in previous
versions of OE because the message folders were accessible as folders, but
with OE 5.03, the whole set of folders seems to be present in one file...
