firewire startup a fizzer

Okay here is  a followup on starting up my laptop with firewire as 
slave to another mac laptop. Sure you can do it easily and is a fast 
way to transfer files but it doesn't work for using disk warrior which 
requires my laptop to  be booted via a CD.
So next question: how do I create a bootable CD? My system is right 
uptodate with all the latest updates.
