Previous System Folder

Hello, everyone,

I just upgraded to OS 10.3.  My computer had crashed and I had just
reinstall the system software.  I had done the initial set-up but Microsoft
X wouldn't work because my original software was 10.0.4 so I hadn't done
anything else with the OS 10.  Do I need to keep the folder "Previous
System"?  I would really like to get rid of it because it is almost 1 GB but
I don't know what information is there.
