I have emailed my ISP to see if they are stripping attachments. I have also contacted two of the people that had previously tried to send me attachments. One of them uses the same ISP I do, the other is a different ISP. I have asked them to try and re-send attachments to me, since I have since purged the others from my system (spring cleaning). Postini is the filtering used by my ISP. I catches things with suspicious attachments, content, etc. and notifies me so that I may view them safely from their site before telling them to discard or forward to my mailbox. I was not able to even save the 1K attachment to my desktop. It was grayed out, and I could not do anything with it. When I checked with this friend's computer, he showed me the email he sent, with three picture attached. He has emailed me pictures before successfully. It is a mystery, and a frustrating one. I do not usually permit attachments, but once in a while it is handy, especially with the prevelance of digital cameras. Denise
