[HM] Mac Sounds?

They are in the "system suitcase" inside the System Folder.
Open the system suitcase by double clicking its icon, the click once on the
sound you want, hold down the option key and drag it to your desktop to copy
it there. From the desktop you can then give it to your friend via removable
media, burn a CD, e-mail it, etc.
