[HM] re: Firmware upgrade for older iMac G3

I recently bought a iMac G3 (circa 2000) and am in the process of upgrading from OS 9.2 to OS X Panther.  Apparently I first need to do a firmware upgrade, which they say can be downloaded from the website. There appear to be several available and I am not sure which one is right for me.  Any advice?
